Blending action, comedy, and romance, Tokyo Underground is an anime series that many have compared to the extremely popular 'Flame Of Recca'. Little do the people of Tokyo know that a mysterious, fantastical city lies beneath its streets. Regular guy Rumina meets Ruri and Chelsea, two women fleeing the underground city, and is drawn into the chase and battle to defend them. His contact with Ruri awakens within him the amazing ability to control air, and this strange turn of events leads Rumina to offer the pair his help and learn the secrets of Tokyo Underground.
